This privacy policy applies to the Chemplora website (chemplora.com). If you are a registered user of the Chemplora application, your use of the platform is governed by separate terms provided during registration.

We use Google Tag Manager to deploy Google Analytics (GA4) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. The demo booking calendar on the Book a Demo page is provided by Calendly; it loads only after you accept cookies or click to show it, and Calendly then receives your IP address and browser data and may set its own cookies. You can accept or decline analytics, marketing and Calendly cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit, and change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; declining excludes these cookies while essential cookies remain active.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

10. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure runs on Microsoft Azure in European Union data centres (Germany West Central). Because your data is processed within the EU/EEA, it benefits from the level of protection required under the GDPR, which also satisfies the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection's requirements for transfers of data outside Serbia to jurisdictions recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.
