Poison Centre Notification
UFI codes and PCN dossiers, checked before you submit
A hazardous mixture placed on the EU market needs a poison centre notification and a UFI on its label. Chemplora takes you through the notification step by step, checks it against more than 80 ECHA validation rules before export, and builds the IUCLID dossier you submit to ECHA.
Guided PCN Wizard
Product identity, composition, classification, toxicological information, packaging, markets and the legal entity, one section at a time, with a clear view of what is still missing before export.
80+ ECHA Validation Rules
Before the dossier is built, it is checked against more than 80 of ECHA's business and quality rules - required fields, UFI format, concentration ranges, emergency contacts per market. Each finding points to the field it concerns, so you fix it before ECHA rejects the submission.
IUCLID 6 Export
The notification is exported as an IUCLID 6 dossier (.i6z) in ECHA's PCN format, ready to upload to the ECHA Submission portal.
Limited and Group Submissions
A mixture for industrial use only can be notified as a limited submission, with composition information as in the safety data sheet. Several mixtures with the same classification that differ only in perfume components can be notified together as a group submission.
UFI per Mixture, Market or Packaging
Chemplora generates the UFI on the basis you choose: one UFI for the whole mixture, one per market, or one per packaging variant. The UFI is printed on the label by the GHS Label Generator.
GHS Label Generator →Initial Notifications and Updates
Initial notifications, updates and new notifications after a change in composition, with every version of the dossier kept.
