European Union
SDS authoring under REACH and CLP
All 27 EU member states - plus Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein - are markets in Chemplora. REACH and CLP apply, and each country gets its documents in its own language.
REACH and CLP
Classification calculated from your composition under CLP, with Annex VI harmonised classifications. Chemplora currently implements ATP 22, and ATP 23 - which applies from 1 February 2027 - is already available for use ahead of that date.
EU Restriction Lists
REACH Annex XVII, the SVHC candidate list, the authorisation list, POPs and RoHS, applied to your substances and updated on each publication.
Every Member State, Its Own Language
Each member state is its own market, so a product is issued in German for Germany and Austria, French for France and Belgium, Slovenian for Slovenia, Croatian for Croatia - from a single product definition.
UFI and Poison Centre Notification
UFI codes and PCN dossiers for EU markets are generated in Chemplora; how it works is covered on the Poison Centre Notification page.
Poison Centre Notification →European Waste Catalogue
The European waste catalogue is available directly in the editor, so the relevant codes are at hand while you complete section 13.
